Busy week!

I've been busy painting this week for Swoon's upcoming show in Cali, Get The Lead out. This painting is titled "Don't Tell" and is 8 x 10" face, hat and arm are sculpted out of epoxy, acrylic on wood. Here is the second painting I'm sending:

I've also been busy sculpting little ornament dolls for the Fifty Dollar Friday I do on my fb page every once in a while! Tomorrow is the day! I have 7 of them, it's first come first serve. No reserves or layway paments with this special pricing. I will be posting the finished picture of them at 7 pm central time on both my personal and my art page. Meet Emma & Sophie

Meet Emma & Sophie, conjoined twins and keepers of time for the Soul Sucker...

They are 10" tall x 4 1/2" wide x 2 1/4" deep. The clock still works and is electric. They were hand sculpted from epoxy over an armature. Lots of vintage brass clock gears on their chest and sides. I also added lace to the top of their bodice and their wrists. Their hands hang from antiqued flattened brass chain. Brass pieces are in both of their eyes. Their hair is natural white mohair. I hand painted them in layers and sealed them with a matte finish. Emma and Sophie are a one of a kind collectible. They are titled, signed and dated.

Tree Toppers

It's getting to be that time of the year and I've added a few tree toppers to my etsy shop! You could easily set them out all year then just put them on your tree, either Halloween or Christmas (maybe both!)
