I couldn't help finishing this one up for this week ;o) She's on a oval piece of pine that's 11 x 14 with a nice routed edge. I wood burned her in, then painted her with acrylics, and sealed her with bees wax :o) Oh and I used some mica powders on her halo and dress! Sides are painted a dark brown! Really like how she came out!! As always I love hearing your comments! She'll be on ebay tonight (Thurs.) at 8 pm central time. I taped a video of her but something happened in the middle of it with the camera or the tape...will have to see what's left of it! xo Michele

Thank you luthien! Mica powder is very fine ground up metallics I guess is how I would describe it. You can put it on polymer clay, add it to paint, etc...xo Michele
