I also want to thank K for the wonderful award!! It's a wonderful thing to inspire someone! It's difficult when you get into a funk and can't seem to get the mojo flowing! I try to get out when that happens, go to a store or museum or garden that always makes me feel good. Usually it's that our muse needs a break, and she returns with all kinds of things when she's good and ready LOL. I know that doesn't help the funk feeling when you're in the middle of it, but remember you are creative so it will return! Also you can try just painting the background of a painting, tell yourself that's all you are going to do and sometimes that's enough to wake Miss Muse up!

Congrats on your award - I loved reading your thoughts about it, because it all rings true for me, too. I've spread myself so thin lately, so I painted 3 backgrounds the other night. Not much productivity, but it's all about the baby steps, no? :)
