On The Horizon

I'm listing this wistful folk art girl tonight on ebay she's 20 x 24 on a box canvas. Mixed media- acrylics, charcoal, scrapbook paper. She has such a sad and lonely look on her face. Guess that's how I was feeling last week! I really love how she looks though.

So does everyone has superbowl plans? I'm not a football fan (sorry! give me hockey anyday!) but this is the one day that we go to superbowl parties and it's more about the eating to me than the football lol! Hubby wants the Steelers to win, I kinda want to see Warner get another ring...he's such a kind, giving person. Does so much for the communities.

Love Grows Here

New 6 x 6" mixed media painting! Wish I had made a video of her but I didn't. Sweet Valentine fairy who is the key to the love growing on the tree :o) I used acrylic paint and assorted papers to make her. Extra thick gallery sides that are painted black so there is no need to frame her, or she could even sit on a shelf or table! Available on ebay tonight at 8pm central time. She's a 5 day auction! Porcelain Folk Art Pendants

I've had this huge block of porcelain just waiting for me to play with it! I finally got around to making some pendants with it! I hand rolled, then cut the pendants, then fired in my kiln. I then hand painted the folk art girls with acrylics and sealed them with a thick glossy finish. They are nice and small, the biggest part is 1 1/2"! They go on ebay tonight at 8 pm central time. Glass Pendants & New Painting

I'm really getting into this lovey dovey Valentines day thing this year! I did a large painting the week and she's so different from what I normally do that I decided to post her here. What do you all think? Do I list her on ebay or keep her?
